Responsible for the developing and conducting new employee Medicare product and on-going process training as well as remedial training for current staff including Medicare Sales representatives, IPAs, broker team, and Retail Outreach (cross-training) employees as needed. Training will include Medicare product, enrollment guidelines, process, benefit, and systems training.   Coordinates training plans and all on-going requests with Medicare Sales and Retail Outreach management teams.



*Participates in the development of training curriculum for new hires, existing employees, and (periodically) brokers
related to Medicare process and product training. 
*Presents information to diverse individuals and groups in a way that effectively transfers knowledge in a variety of
formats including one-on-one training, large group, Webex, e-learning, virtual, etc. 
*Maintains communications with Leader and Retail Outreach trainer to establish departmental training standards, centralized hub for documentation, supports continuous departmental integration
efforts, and cross-training when applicable. 
*Conducts quality checks (including call coaching) and evaluations to assess effectiveness and delivery of Medicare process guidelines including tracking of certifications and required annual  training.  
*Coordinates logistical requirements and support across all locations.




Minimum Education: BA degree or the equivalent amount of education and directly related experience. 


Minimum Experience: 5 years in health insurance.
