This role will work closely with all departments implementing and ensuring the core system works effectively across teams while maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the platform. Participate in planning, organizing and management of all core system projects to ensure effective operations. Monitor core system processes, resolving issues that arise in the execution of core operational processes and feature adoption. Identify areas for improvement by following and analyzing product roadmaps and releases to develop business & technical improvement plans alongside key MVP stakeholders. Work with IT partners to design, configure, test and deploy changes to core system platform and key integrations. Assist in analysis and testing during upgrades or new feature adoption. Staying informed on current as well as new and emerging FACETS features, roadmaps and releases. Document processes, workflows, key integrations and process maps. Assist end users with day-to-day questions, problems and issues. Assist trainers or business partners with end-user training, including the creation of user documentation and training materials when needed.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in technical job experience.
Minimum Experience: 3+ years’ business/system analysis background. Experience gathering and facilitating requirements & design sessions. Experiencing supporting system changes and new requirements, including system analysis. Must be able to demonstrate technical knowledge of database structures. Ability to work with RDBMS such as MS SQL SERVER, Oracle, Sybase, etc.
Desirable Experience: FACETS configuration experience desirable. Experience working with EDI systems and/or other transactional systems FACETS certifications a plus Understanding of healthcare industry
