2.  Ability to communicate effectively and professionally using proper grammar both orally and in writing.*

3.  Ability to adapt to changes on a regular basis.*

4.  Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet required deadlines and work independently.*

5.  Ability to work accurately with figures; strong math skills.*

6.  Average data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. *

7.  Detail oriented.*

8. Work schedules that are available include 8AM to 4:30 PM shift and 11 AM to 7:30 PM shift.  Must be willing to cover hours on either shift as needed, on a rotating basis, or as assigned.  Overtime is offered occasionally as well.*

9.  Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.



1.  Provide outstanding customer service when handling calls to and from policyholders, agents, and other internal customers.*

2.  Develop, demonstrate, and apply knowledge of the policy, claims, and billing systems.*

3.  Screen and process automated transactions for policies.*

4.  Process premium payments and other billing suspense items.*

5.  Enter, check, and verify test grids, as assigned.*
