Our Marketing Team is on a creative journey and we’re looking for a dynamic professional to join us! We’re ramping up our corporate communications strategy and need an individual with vision and ingenuity to spend their days creating, collaborating, and building the Central brand! You’ll help lead our marketing efforts in video, digital marketing, social media, and content creation. QUALIFICATIONS:

 

*1.   Possess a positive, professional, cooperative, and quality-conscious service

        attitude that upholds Central's core values of integrity, relationships, and

        excellence

*2.   Experience with developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy to

        include multiple social media channels; experience using analytics to identify and

        act on opportunities for improvement

*3.   Creative forward-thinker with strong interpersonal skills who will drive collaboration

        to develop and execute ideas and solutions

*4.   Experience with all aspects of video production from pre-production concept

        development and script writing to post-production distribution and promotion

*5.   Excellent written and oral communication skills (including portfolio of published

        written work)

*6.   Project management experience; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

        simultaneously to achieve corporate objectives

*7.   Confident screen presence and speaking skills to participate in marketing

        communications for all areas of the company

*8.   Motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organization skills who is

        comfortable working in both a group setting or independently

*9.   Proficient in Microsoft Office products                           

*10. Willingness and ability to complete continuing insurance education

11.   Degree in communication, journalism, or marketing preferred

12.   Insurance knowledge preferred but not required

 

DUTIES:

 

*1.  Plan, script, schedule, distribute, and promote corporate videos

*2.  Collaborate with Social Media Specialist to develop and implement digital marketing

       strategy; Monitor and review analytics to identify opportunities

*3.  Manage company’s blog, including editing blog content

*4.  Prepare and distribute communications regarding products, service, and corporate

       achievements to employees, agents, policyholders, and media

*5.  Plan, write, and edit company marketing materials

*6.  Manage company website content to assure it supports Central's mission and enhances agency value

*7.  Assist Marketing Communications Supervisor and Communications Manager with

       special projects
