As a Client Center Correspondent, you will help fulfill the promise that Central makes to our customers by providing top-notch hospitality through assisting insureds with their questions and concerns. This will include:

  • Providing insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies
  • Screening and processing automated transactions for Commercial or Personal Lines policies
  • Recommending suitable solutions to clients for requests made
  • Identifying cross selling and coverage upgrade opportunities
  • Servicing incoming billing and claims call

Do you possess the following?

  • P&C Agency License
  • 2 years of agency experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

*1.   Possess a positive, professional, teamwork, and quality-conscious service attitude

        that upholds Central's core values of integrity, relationships, and excellence

*2.   P&C Agency License required

*3.   Possess the ability to change, adapt to new challenges, and work well with others

*4.   Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet required deadlines and work

        independently

*5.   Ability to work well in a team environment

*6.   Evidence of leadership and organizational skills

*7.   Deadline and detail oriented  
*8.   Ability to build rapport with clients

*9.   Ability to lead by example - attendance, integrity, positive attitude, enthusiastic,

        results oriented, adapt well to change

*10. Ability to train and develop employees

*11. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally using proper grammar both

        orally and in writing

*12. At least 2 years of agency experience and demonstrated sales experience preferred
*13. Available for occasional overnight travel

 

DUTIES:

 

*1.   Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies

*2.   Screen and process automated transactions for Commercial or Personal Lines policies

*3.   Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and clearly

        understand a specific request or customer need; provide the appropriate solutions

*4.   Answer clients' questions related to their coverages or policy status

*5.   Identify cross selling and coverage upgrade opportunities  
*6.   Service incoming billing calls and process premium payments from policyholders

*7.   Service incoming claim calls; Demonstrate and apply knowledge of the claims

        system  
*8.   Coordinate and process transfer books
