Responsibilities:
- Answers large volume of phone calls regarding calls for service from residents
- Data entry in Microsoft Office suite of programs as well as proprietary software
- Provides excellent customer service to our residents
- Updates internal documents
- Decides when to forward appliances under warranty to GE
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to operate a PC and Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Ability to relate to the needs and concerns of senior citizens
- Keep calm under pressure
- Ability to learn the operations, rules, and regulations of VMS and Mutuals as related to the position
