The Operations Associate II for the Asset Servicing department provides day-to-day operational support for the initial review of an asset, security master set-up, pricing and ongoing maintenance of all asset classes. Supports the goals and objectives of ETC leadership, collaborates effectively across the organization and ensures an excellent client experience.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develops and maintains a centralized security master

• Works with Asset Sponsors to obtain appropriate tax reporting requirements and pricing updates

• Guarantees continued maintenance of existing assets including fair market value updates, matured notes and note modifications

• Monitors unsettled assets to ensure appropriate documentation is on file

• Confirms tender offers, quarterly redemption notifications and proxy and prospectus are issued to account holders

• Monitors and updates corporate actions

• Partners with Legal and Compliance departments to ensure assets are compliant with corporate policies

 

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• Documents opportunities for process improvements

• Assists other departments as needed

• Performs other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the retirement and/or financial industries

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer driven environment

 

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

• None required

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Asset set-up and valuation industry experience preferred

• Intermediate Microsoft Office
