-Daily, balance and post production jobs relating to Agent Statement jobs and transactions. Identify issues relating to jobs, report issues, and follow up on issues through resolution.

-Maintain the scheduling, processing and balancing of all jobs pertaining to agent statements and financial reporting streams. Job streams are completed in accordance with published dates, rules, and regulations. These jobs run: biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

-Monitor all transactions, Gatekeeper function, for Agent Statement Transaction System. This is a web-based program which includes over 50 workgroups.

-Works on special accounting projects as needed .


-Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the accounting field

-Experience with varied IT applications and/or system interfaces is preferred   

-Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
