The Account Manager helps facilitate client-specific aspects of the Relocation Program for a SIRVA Client that requires additional oversight and management. The Account Manager may or may not be required to be onsite at the Client facility. The Account Manager works closely with the SIRVA Staff, SIRVA Director, Global Account Management (DGAM) and the Client Contact(s) to provide seamless customer service and maximize SIRVA’s value to the Client.
Client Consulting and Issue Resolution – Provide communication link between SIRVA and the Client in regards to relocation issues, household good issues, service level agreements and projects. Exercise solid business judgment while making decisions and addressing transferee/assignee and client issues.
Assists DGAM with client policy analysis, benchmarking, upselling and overall project management.
Internal Consulting – Works with the Operations team to help educate on Client Policies and Preferences. Go to person for Client Specific questions from the internal SIRVA Team. Oversees VIP moves internally to ensure they are successful for the Customer and SIRVA. Collaborate with internal team, management and VP/Director, Global Account Management to ensure client performance metrics are implemented, maintained, measured and achieved.
Reporting – Manages all reporting that is provided to the client. Serve as a consultant for all client divisions/departments who need assistance with reporting such as: volume, performance metrics, relocation and assignment costs, budgeting and accruals.
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CRP and/or GMS preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience administrating relocation policy required
• Domestic and International relocation counseling preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Client Relationship Skills
• Ability to analyze and report out data
• Global Business Experience a Plus
