The Marketing Coordinator will have two (2) primary responsibilities; lead management and marketing communications. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for a highly-motivated individual who is looking for exposure to all facets of marketing execution across our world class brands, while taking on immediate responsibility for the front end of the company’s growth strategy.
-Point person for capturing and managing marketing leads generated from all sources, including
trade shows, webinars, web, agents and other sources. Supporting Sales to ensure lead conversion, tracking, and reporting in CRM and Automation tools.
-Point person for coordinating & executing marketing campaigns, external
communications, and social media. Including planning, collaborating, coordinating,
executing, and measuring performance. Assisting with 3rd party vendors and corporate partnerships.
-Responsible for lead administration within CRM, supporting agent rules of engagement, investigation into existing relationships and progress inside of direct and indirect sales channels.
-Responsible for coordinating & executing updates to the SIRVA external website and intranet site.
-Point person for coordinating & executing internal mass communications, including administrator permissions (e.g. SIRVA concierge, global marketing inbox).
-Design support for imagery, branding, presentations and infographics, including making minor updates, concepting and working with 3rd party agencies.
-Ad hoc sales & marketing support e.g. Working with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team,
and Brand managers to ensure their marketing communications needs are met.
1-3 years of marketing or equivalent experience
Technology proficiency orientation, comfortable with web-based applications & MS Office
Direct and clear communication style, with strong writing and verbal skills.
Self-starter, comfortable with limited direction, possessing a “can do” attitude and a positive outlook.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce.com, Marketo, or Sitefinity experience a plus
Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus
