This position will collaborate with the VP, Client Finance and the U.S. Leadership team to support the U.S. clients regarding the execution of the financial portion of their mobility programs which include all client finance services such as expense processing, supplier payments, tax reporting and billing.  This position is responsible for the overall success of a dedicated client including the day to day management of a Client Finance Analyst and Relocation Tax Specialists. This position will also act as the main point of contact to clients as it related to client finance. 


  • Manage the day-to-day success of a dedicated client team of Client Finance Analysts and Relocation Tax Specialists. This includes hiring, training, and coaching the team on invoicing, expense reporting, and billing process and procedures. 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients in regard to Client Finance specific services. This includes attending client meetings, ensuring success of client service level agreements, working with client specific third party vendors, and resolving client finance escalations.

  • Partner with Manager of Billing to ensure all invoices are properly delivered and invoiced timely. Coordinate any corrections needs in case of collections or AR challenges. Serve as liaison between Operations, Client Finance Billing and Collections departments with regards to unbilled and AR balances.

  • Support implementation initiatives within region related to invoicing and training the appropriate teams as well as the implementation of direct delivery for current and new clients.

  • Support any projects as identified by Senior management team.



  • Minimum 5 years of Relocation specific financial business experience required

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience required

  • Extensive knowledge of taxable and on-taxable employee benefits required

  • 2-5 years client facing or account management experience preferred

  • Experience working ReloAdvantage and relocation expense management systems preferred

  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment

  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Knowledge in any of the following areas is not necessary, but desirable:  Accounting Principles and Guidelines, Accounts Payables and Receivables, Expense Management, Auditing and Control Mechanisms, Relocation Policies and Programs, Expense Accrual Management and Tracking, Basic Payroll and Income Tax

Education and Certification Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred

  • High School diploma required
