The Program Coordinator works onsite at a SIRVA client to provide the administrative services to support their mobility programs. This position will be responsible for supporting the client's mobility program by working closely with the business leaders and Human Resources team to provide support on specific programs, consult on efficiencies, and resolve issues.
35% • Manage specific global mobility programs and projects by documenting process workflows, reviewing dashboards for errors or themes, and resolving any issues that arise.
25% • Manage new authorizations, partner with client recruiting team and gather initial documents from transferees. Audit and collect data to prepare offer letters. Enter new transferees into the database and relevant spreadsheets. Initiate title, HHG, Temp Housing and all other ancillary services.
25% • Prepare cost estimates: International- Use the matrices and available resources to assist with costing of global relocation services. Domestic – gather relevant information, send to the compensation team in SIRVA and prepare the completed cost estimate to be sent securely.
15% • Pull and audit reports for data integrity and facilitate data clean up. SIRVA reporting is generated from Servicengine on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis along with adhoc reports as they are requested.
• Minimum 3 years working in a customer facing role
• Experience working in a client facing role preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, (V-lookup and Pivot Table experience preferred)
• High school diploma required
• undergraduate degree preferred
