SMARTBOX Call Center Temp will be responsible for providing customer service to existing SMARTBOX customers and educating and booking new clients that contact our COC regarding moving or storing with SMARTBOX. In addition to being fully knowledgeable on the features and benefits of the product, the Representative must be able to adequately determine the best way that our product will suit the customer’s needs based upon the location from which they are booked (i.e. delivery schedules, type of units, number of units, etc.) Representative must have full understanding of the SOP system, system wide best practices, and SMARTBOX products.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering telephone inquiries regarding billing, timely response to email inquiries, interaction with the local offices, booking and scheduling appointments for new and existing customers, proper input into the SMARTOffice Pro system. Representative will display working knowledge of all products, establish rapport with consumer, qualify lead opportunities and comply with systemwide best practices.
30% • Provide timely and thorough handling of customer calls, emails and web inquiries regarding SMARTBOX products.
40% • Provide pricing information and move counseling to all local prospects that contact the call center and attempt to convert to customers.
10% • Perform outbound telemarketing calls in response to inquiries for local SMARTBOX prospects.
10% • Provide pricing information and create quote records for long distance inquiries.
10% • Provide account information, appointment scheduling, and take payments for existing SMARTBOX customers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
• Candidate should have experience working in a call center sales environment or strong background in customer service or sales. 0-3 Years’ Experience
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team oriented atmosphere. Must be customer focused, organized, ability to set priorities and meet service deadlines and goals.
• Impeccable phone and written communication skills are a must.
• Candidate should be proficient in Windows Office Suite with superior data entry skills
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
