What you can look forward to accomplishing:

  • Development of Global Key Account Strategy

  • Revenue and market share growth at Key Accounts

  • Development of Key Account Plan according to Miller Heimann

  • Establishment of high level contact to customers and network in the industry

  • Active Support and opening doors for LPS Business

  • Quarterly report on technical, scientific and commercial trends at Key Accounts

  • Quarterly report on competitor activities

  • Short and long term demand planning

  • Development and management of people

  • Close collaboration within our matrix organization (product development, operations, marketing, and customer service) 

   
Skills and experience that you need to bring to the company:  

  • Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant discipline

  • Deep market knowledge within the life science industry generally evidenced by 10+ years of experience

  • Leadership experience preferred on a global scale

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strategic skills and competencies

  • People management and leadership skills

  • Strong Negotiation skills

  • Business competencies

  • Strong presentation skills
