What you can look forward to accomplishing:
Order Entry, Invoicing, Dispatch/schedule Service technicians, and shipment of repair orders
Customer creation and interfacing
Functional Report to BPS Manager Service Administration
Work within a team of 5 other support specialists, provide backup for current team members,
Willingness work additional hours at peak times of the month (month end).
Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company:
Business degree or equivalent customer service experience
