Assistant Event & Marketing Coordinator

What you can look forward to accomplishing:

• Administer the new Exhibit Force event web portal and the ‘my sartorius flyer’ design portal
• Coordinate the Trade Show in a Box (TSIB) service for the Bio Analytical sales reps
• Assist in the coordination and execution of specific tradeshows including booking the stand, organizing logistics, ordering products and creating an event briefing document
• Facilitate the creation of marketing and sales promotional material to support each event by providing content to the online marketing team for email campaigns and landing pages
• Work with graphic designers and 3rd party vendors to create sales tools for events and other marketing collateral
• Manage literature stocks
• Manage stock of promotional items

Skills and Experience you need to bring to our company:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• At least 3 years in administrative duties, marketing coordinator and/or event planning experience

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years in administrative duties, marketing coordinator and/or event planning experience

• Appreciation of basic marketing theory and understanding of the importance of branding
• Some appreciation of CRM and Marketing Automation
• Project management skills
• Comfortable in communicating with internal stakeholders such as sales reps and marketing colleagues plus 3rd party vendors
