Corporate Travel Specialist

RxBenefits is hiring! We are adding a resource to the Corporate Services team in our Birmingham, AL headquarters. We are looking for an experienced resource to manage all aspects of employee travel and on-site orientation itineraries in our Birmingham, AL office. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for new hire orientations, client onsite reviews, and client benefits fairs. This person will also be responsible for orientation itineraries and materials for presenters and participants. The specialist will partner with the Finance team to review and drive travel policy.

Job Responsibilities Include:
• Continually review and evaluate travel process, including vendors and policy. Provide recommendations for improvements as appropriate
• Coordinate travel for candidate interviews
• Coordinate travel for orientation participants (AM, Hospital, BD, Implementation, etc.)
• Coordinate SAE annual/quarterly review travel arrangements
• Coordinate Benefits fair travel arrangements
• Manage orientation schedules, onsite itineraries (including scheduling all meeting appointments with presenters/participants), and printing orientation materials
• Manage orientation flow (i.e. checking in on participants to ensure presenters arrive on time, assist with technical difficulties, etc.)
• Coordinate travel arrangements for company holiday party and other special events

Required Skills/Experience Include:
• 5+ years’ experience in an administrative role with focus on travel
• Experience working with travel agencies
• Experience working with external expense system(s) (i.e. Concur)
• Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiencies
• Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Diligent focus to work with a strong ‘can do’ attitude
• High level of customer focus
