Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager

RxBenefits is hiring! The Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager will be responsible for building programs in our marketing automation platform, creating connected campaigns in Salesforce and owning the marketing operations function including process building and refinement, effective utilization of technology, and project management. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager in our Birmingham, AL office.

Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain data quality between CRM and Marketing Automation databases; managing lists and defining the appropriate audiences for various communications
• Regular reporting (dashboard upkeep) of lead pipeline, conversion rates and meetings, FAs & bookings.
• Provide the team with actionable insights on where to invest in programs and campaigns
• Provide operational coordination of projects and campaigns across marketing teams using a project mgmt. system
• Develop re-engagement programs and operationalize lead nurturing campaigns
• Implement and optimize lead scoring and lead routing methodologies
• Keep an eye out for new practices and technologies that will improve and optimize the marketing department’s performance
• Work closely with cross-functional managers to gather requirements for development and enhancement of tools and applications
• Drive the creation, oversight, and refinement of scalable workflows for email and other tactics/products; develop tools to support internal processes
• Ensure marketing regulation compliance (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM compliance)

Required Experience & Skills:
• BA or BS in marketing, business, or similar field
• 5-7 years’ experience in Marketing Operations or similar role in B2B industry
• 2+ years of Marketing Automation Platform experience (Pardot certification preferred)
• Salesforce master, with experience creating SFDC connected campaigns, reports, dashboards and custom lead views
• Knowledge of SEM, social media, and digital marketing
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in Cliq, Tableau, and business intelligence tools is a MAJOR plus
• Experience with Robohead or other marketing project management platform is a plus
• Ability to work masterfully within Pardot and Salesforce; writing SQL Queries a plus
• Outstanding organization and project management skills, with great attention to detail and a desire to improve processes
• Analytical, with exceptional cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to develop HTML email templates and landing pages and manipulate Pardot forms
• Familiar with WordPress or other CMS and Pardot integration
• Experience in A/B testing, lead nurturing programs and lead scoring
• Trained in marketing regulation compliance (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM compliance)
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
