Talent Acquisition Specialist


This position is will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process. Including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews and providing recommendations for external and/or internal candidates for all job levels, including entry level, experienced professional, technical, IT, support staff, hourly, and managerial. The ideal candidate will have experience providing recruiting strategy in a fast paced, demanding professional environment. He/she will also have strong experience advising, guiding and influencing hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting life-cycle. Candidate should be an enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.


Job Responsibilities Include:


  • Manage full life cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines, including sourcing, initial assessments, interviews, offers and onboarding.


  • Work with managers to determine and understand position goals, skill sets, and technical requirements. Assist with the creation of job descriptions.

  • Partner with the business to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining and developing requisitions.

  • Generate a diverse candidate population using various methods including proactive searching, job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking.

  • Conduct phone and personal interviews with applicants to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications and are an organizational fit for RxBenefits.

  • Stay up-to-date on new sourcing tools, best practices, and how the team can best utilize these recruiting and networking tools.

  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position, reinforcing the values and culture of RxBenefits.

  • Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure future talent needs are met.

  • Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, referrals, and advertising.

  • Source for multiple searches and supporting several hiring managers simultaneously.

  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.


Required Skills / Experience Include:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with experience in a corporate environment preferred.

  • Experience and success working at both the pro-active strategic level and in tactical execution. Proven success in developing recruiting strategies, use of social media in recruiting, development of an employment brand, leading recruitment process.

  • Outstanding communication (verbal, written and listening), presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience creating buy-in, leading discussions and debating issues.

  • Demonstrates a strong level of initiative and accountability.

  • Strong organization, prioritization, multi-tasking skills.

  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidate pipeline.

  • Experienced in building networks to find qualified passive candidates.

  • Demonstrated experience in change management, establishing trust and credibility, working independently, interviewing and negotiating skills.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems.
