Regional Business Development Representative - Working Remotely

As Regional Business Development Representative, is responsible for development and execution of strategies for demand creation of new wound management service opportunities.  This role will achieve individual lead generation volume quotas and fuel the business development pipeline. By conducting strategic research, online marketing campaigns and cold calling, this position will play a valuable role in assisting the RVP of Business Development in achieving individual, team and organizational growth quotas.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Initiates sales process by contacting hospital decision makers and scheduling appointments; making presentation when necessary; understanding account requirements.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify top hospital prospects. Qualify prospective hospital providers by company criteria definitions.

  • Investigate and gather any industry intelligence that can assist in the RestorixHealth new business development process.

  • Collaborate with assigned Regional VP of Business Development and team to discuss lead generation and progress and support needs.

  • Seek out and develop a working rapport with hospital administrators and key area physicians by making appropriate sales contacts through phone calls and written correspondence.

  • Educate and convince senior level hospital executives regarding wound care business opportunity and generate interest with competing hospital priorities.

  • Organize and confirm introductory meetings with hospital C-suite and other senior           executives to attend a RestorixHealth presentation at their hospital to review the RestorixHealth business model with a Regional Vice President, Business Development.

  • Ensures information in CRM (Salesforce) tool is accurate and timely to maximize call activity and productivity.

  • Conduct special projects to support development team lead generation as assigned.

 

Education and Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, three-four years’ sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Candidate must have a sales background, an excellent phone presence, have a disciplined work ethic, and be well organized. 

  • Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office as well as have used a sales computer program. 

  • Must have general math skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication/division/compute rates, ratios, percentages, etc.).
