We’re seeking a hands-on Service Center Manager to oversee the daily activities of a station to include warehouse, customer service, drivers and operations team, while promoting a safe and productive work environment and ensuring excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing and managing cost control measures
  • Monitor and Manage Service through Contracted Service Providers
  • Maintaining communication with key customers and meeting expectations on a daily basis
  • Ensuring compliance of vendors and contractors providing service to the center
  • Traveling to other centers in the district to offer support as needed
  • Collaborating with other Service Center Managers to design and implement system improvements
  • Designing and implementing SOP’s as necessary
  • Enforcing company and customer requirements within the organization
  • Meet station performance goals and metrics as set
  • Provide the work group clear and informative direction through timely feedback
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time by your Director or other Company officials


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in transportation or logistics management
  • College degree - preferred; equivalent work experience may substitute
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, dispatching systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats
