Sales Support & CRM Administrator

Principal duties include, but are not limited to:
 

SALES-

Sales Support

  • Provide pre and post-sales support to VP Sales, Account Executives and external customers
  • Research to support new client prospecting effort; including target lists and sales materials
  • Assist in preparation and participation in Sales Kickoff and Sales Year-End Meetings
  • Execute sales-related special projects, conduct research, compile, and create informational reports
  • Advanced Excel skills required

Data Management

  • Oversee CRM database management: updates/compliance, troubleshooting, reporting, customizations, dashboards, training and entries
  • Interact with CRM to put together financial sales and revenue data

Proposals/RFPs

  • Coordinate contractual documents and RFP responses
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by responding to and providing requested quotations in a timely manner

Reporting

  • Responsible for creating, analyzing, maintaining, and monitoring various sales reports, etc.
  • Calculate monthly Sales Commissions Report for payments
  • Research, create, and compile notes and slides to complete Board of Directors meeting presentations
  • Assist with the capture and flow of information of timely data such as client meetings, events, and conference calls

MARKETING-

  • Assist VP, Marketing in all marketing efforts
  • Assist in coordination, attendance/participation, and registration for trade shows and other sales events as needed
  • Assist in updating of marketing materials and ensuring the online library and source documents are compliant
  • Assist with SEO optimization
  • Website updates and edits: identify and edit
  • Direct mail campaigns: consolidate and update contact lists, eliminate duplicates, and execute campaigns
  • Sales materials: manage development and distribution of materials (PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, brochures, etc.) and leave-behinds

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • CRM database expertise - (we’re moving to Salesforce)
  • B.A. preferred, or 2-3 years of equivalent experience
  • Individual must be self-assured, use good judgment, and able to work well under pressure
  • Effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Possess excellent communication skills; verbal and written
