Our company is growing and we are looking for candidates who are motivated to work in a strong team and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handle E-commerce customer communications: email, LiveChat, and calls.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
  • Order management to assure that customers receive their purchases according to the advertised shipping delay.
  • Handle product inquiries.
  • Respond to customer reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French; both WRITTEN and SPOKEN, a must.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for creative problem-solving, ability to multitask, and easily manage pressure.
  • Experience with MS Office a must.

Work Schedule

  • Daytime Agent:
    • Rotation shifts include 9h-17h, 10h-18h, 11h-19h, weekdays / weekends.
  • Evenings Agent:
    • Rotation shifts include 11h-19h, 12h-20h, 13h-21h, weekdays / weekends.
