KI has an immediate opening for a Project Manager in our Installation department.  This position will be based out of Green Bay but will travel significantly throughout the United States.

The role will be responsible for the following:
  • Managing KI projects from point of sale to final completion 
  • Performing physical installation of products (new and warranty work)
  • Providing product technical support for field installations
  • Submitting proper paperwork for installations
  • Supervising and training vendors in the field
  • Conducting installation meetings
  • Providing customer service/support in the field, including conducting pre- and post- installations walk-throughs

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to understand and interpret floor plans and blueprints as well as a strong mechanical aptitude 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong administrative, organizational and technical skills
  • Comprehension of the installation process from start to finish (preferred)
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time)
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed

Additionally, candidates must hold and maintain a valid drivers license.
