Administrative Assistant - Administrative Assistant Parking
As directed by the Parking Managers, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating a positive
experience for our owners and parking customers. Provide excellent customer service in the
parking office and while answering the parking intercoms. Assist the parking managers in managing the parking accounts, preparing reports, correspondence, and deliveries, and other duties as assigned. This position is also responsible for assisting the Parking A/R Representative.
50% - Customer service – front desk.
15% - Customer service – answering intercoms and phones.
10% - Manage parking accounts
5% - Creating agendas, correspondence, and spreadsheets as needed.
10% - Perform tasks with accounting software (Yardi).
10% - Other administrative assignments as directed by the parking managers.
High School Graduate with 1-2 years of related job experience or have completed one to two years of college in a related field.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
