Enquirer Media, part of Gannett Co. Inc., is in search of a dynamic digital journalist to take our award-winning Cincinnati Bengals coverage to even greater heights. Our Bengals reporter covers one of the National Football League’s member clubs and creates engaging digital content for its vast audience all year long. The Bengals reporter creates digital-first content for The Cincinnati Enquirer, and the USA TODAY Sports Network.

We want an innovative journalist who is intensely focused on content and the best ways to connect with our audience across all our platforms. The reporter will have an emphasis on original coverage and analysis with proficiency in video, podcast and live-event hosting. A proven record of covering professional or major college sports is a must. We are hiring for creative content and a traditional media background is not mandatory. Exceptional knowledge of the NFL, the business of sports and the community are preferred. We expect breaking news, fan engagement, in-depth features and unexpected enterprise on this highly competitive beat. A rock-solid work ethic is essential for this year-round endeavor. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the minimum liability insurance required by state law.
