JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Media intern will be responsible for multimedia content development and day-to-day content executions of, the Broncos 365 mobile app and Denver Broncos social media channels as directed by the digital media staff. This position will contribute to: publication of editorial content, including but not limited to capturing video and photo content, video and photo editing, providing site-wide quality assurance and potentially contributing limited written content to Broncos printed publications.  




  • Creates and publishes digital and social media content:

    • Cover team and organizational events

    • Shoot and edit photo content

    • Shoot, edit and post daily press conferences during the season

    • Update rosters, player bios and assist with other site content

    • Collect player-related content, including, but not limited to: Q&As and video packages

    • Contribute to daily content planning and executing content assignments as directed

  • Contributes to various team publications, including Broncos Gameday Magazine and Broncos Magazine by:

    • Write necessary content pieces

    • Copyedit

    • Supply photos, when needed



  • Current college senior or recent graduate or graduate student in journalism, public relations, communications or similar discipline

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a student working for a college newspaper, television or radio station, website, college sports information office or in a communications department of a sports organization

  • Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends, holidays and travel)

  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge and experience with still photography shooting and editing

  • Experience with video shooting and editing (Adobe Premiere)

  • Strong writing, editing, interpersonal, interviewing and computer skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-edit

  • Must have experience writing with AP Style

  • Experience with Photoshop preferred
