Position Summary


Supports Collections department by coordinating and maintaining organizational processes, contract management, administrative tasks (invoicing, audit reviews, content creation etc.) Coordinate with Risk, Marketing, Customer Care, and other groups to further collection goals and objectives.Position is responsible for making strategic and analytical decisions. Supervise exempt and non-exempt personnel.




Summary of Essential Job Functions



  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy with invoicing and providing budget variance analysis

  • Monitoring of contracts to ensure compliance and adherence for all agencies

  • Primary resource for audit preparation and documentation

  • Ability to analyze department matters and determine opportunities to improve processes and controls with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness

  • Must be able to work independently and with a team to identify and address performance improvements to deliver on business goals and objectives

  • Demonstrate insight capabilities in data analytics and process improvement

  • Interact professionally with management

  • Possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships in order to advance business initiatives

  • Create executive report-outs using Microsoft Office Suites




Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent business experience

  • Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills

  • Exceptional organization skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio (Tableau experience preferred)

  • Experience managing complex projects in a matrix environment
