Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager




This position is responsible for helping develop and implement efficient and effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions with quality candidates and consistently execute  the full cycle of recruitment (from job requisition to employee hire and through on-boarding period) at both the strategic and tactical level by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions Only:

·         Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting plans.

·         Build pipelines and network using social media, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and other necessary resources.

·         Coordinate company participation in and attends recruitment fairs and events, organizes company-sponsored events, partners with local professional organizations and schools to identify qualified internship, recent graduate and experienced professional candidates.

·         Create job descriptions.

·         Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to efficiently fill open positions.

·         Conduct regular follow-up with manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

·         Review applicants to determine if they meet the requirements of the position and conducts prescreen interviews.

·         Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel and lodging.

·         Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System.

·         Prepare and extend offer letters.

·         Arrange pre-employment background checks, drug screens and/or physicals.

·         Facilitate the onboarding process.

·         Works closely with Total Rewards to ensure competitive and appropriate salary offers are made

·         Assists with development, maintenance and dissemination of recruiting materials

·         Complies with Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and other legal and regulatory requirements.

·         Additional duties as needed/directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager


Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities




Education and Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Human Resources or related field required 

·         2 years progressive recruiting experience required.

·         Excellent organization skills and ability to work on a wide portfolio of multiple searches at any one time.

·         Strong sense of urgency and process management skills.

·         High level of customer service and relationship management with excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws.

·         Experience using technology (including social media/mobile recruiting) to source candidates within a targeted population and specific geographic markets.

·         Experience in use of ATS, and ability to effectively utilize internet, social media recruiting, and database applications

·         Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record required.

Travel Time

      Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.

Most of the duties of this position will be perform inside an office environment.  The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
