SES is looking for a Proposal Coordinator for our San Antonio, Texas, office. All candidates must be organized, self-motivated and possess excellent writing, and computer skills.Compilation of responses to requests for proposals, statements of qualifications, technical writing skills and marketing material development. Will provide back-up to the Administrative staff as needed. Candidate must be prepared to work under pressure, have the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and be available to meet tight deadlines as needed.
Proposal Coordinator job duties may include but are not limited to:
Research, compilation and production of federal and private/commercial proposals;
Assist in data calls through data mining and compilation;
Coordinate responses to requests for proposal (RFPs) and statement of qualifications (SOQs);
Maintain staff resumes and updates:
Maintain company project descriptions and related information in a marketing database;
Update content for website;
Assist with development of new marketing materials;
Send press releases, monitor releases in publications;
Update and maintain contacts database;
Provide support for business development staff;
Assist with logistics for tradeshows; and
Assist Administrative staff as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technical Writing or related studies.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office required. Two years' minimum experience.
Experience in environmental, engineering and construction marketplace, as well as in public relations, a plus.
