SES Construction and Environmental LLC (SCE) is seeking candidates for field technicians to support environmental investigation, remediation, and restoration projects throughout the United States. Duties will include supporting project managers, field managers, and staff professionals in a number of functions including conducting field studies/investigations [groundwater, soil sampling, civil projects (such as fuel containments and UST removal)], and supporting the preparation of project documents. Candidates should be organized, self-motivated and mechanically inclined. Excellent writing and computer skills are preferred. Prior military are encouraged to apply as most work will be conducted on military installations.
High school Diploma/GED. Associates degrees in engineering, environmental or geology or college level course work in these fields are a plus. Additional certifications such as 40 Hour HAZWOPR are a plus.
0-3 years of experience in performing field investigations
and documenting field activities through reports, soil/groundwater
investigations and hazardous waste management related activities.
Experience working under RCRA and CERCLA is a plus. Up to 90 percent
travel may be required.
