Open Associate Positions at Black Creek Group

 

ASSOCIATE, ASSET MANAGEMENT – OFFICE

Our new Associate, Asset Management will be responsible for asset management responsibilities for multi-tenant office properties within our Diversified Property Fund (DPF) portfolio. Responsibilities include oversight of the day-to-day operations for assigned portfolio of assets including property operating and capital expenses, third-party providers, accounts receivable, lease provisions, financial analysis, and general support of senior asset management. Previous experience in Real Estate financial modeling and ARGUS is required for this position.  Position is a part of our larger DPF Asset Management team and reports to our Vice President, Asset Management in our Office division. 

 

ASSOCIATE, FUND MANAGEMENT (REIT)

Our new Associate, Fund Management will primarily responsible for supporting the financial analysis for our Black Creek Industrial REIT IV (BCIIV).  Responsibilities include 1) property valuation including the use of Argus software, 2) managing our strategic financial corporate modeling (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow projections), and 3) general financial analysis support as needed.  This position has responsibility for fund-level reporting processes, budgeting, reforecasting, and investment performance tracking to ensure optimal Fund performance.  Our Associate, Fund Management will be part of our larger finance team here at Black Creek Group and will report to our Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. 

 

 

ASSOCIATE, FUND MANAGEMENT (OPEN END FUND)

Our Associate, Fund Management will be responsible for assisting in the asset and portfolio management of our industrial Open End Fund.  This position has responsibility for fund-level reporting processes, budgeting, reforecasting, and investment performance tracking to ensure optimal Fund performance.  The Associate is also responsible for the timely delivery of information to internal personnel and reporting to investors.  Our Associate, Fund Management will be part of the larger Fund Management and Finance Teams and will report to our Assistant Vice President, Fund Management. 

 

What are we looking for in our Associates?

  • Bachelor’s Degree + MBA or CPA preferred
  • Previous experience in finance or real estate investments highly desirable
  • Proficiency with ARGUS in a working capacity
  • Demonstrated leadership potential
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical/financial competencies
  • Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with high level of ambiguity
  • Excellent teamwork and emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
