The Account Manager Associate (AMA) works in a corporate team environment, resolving customers concerns in both pre- and post-sales while providing excellence in customer care. Working with product specialists and various internal departments, the AMA uses a general understanding of B&H product lines in order to ensure that the customer receives the most appropriate items. The AMA processes the orders, resolves issues, and builds strong lasting business relationships with customers.
-Responds to customers’ pre- and post-sales needs via phone and/or email
-Processes purchase orders and price quote requests
-Resolves customer care issues with efficiency
-Works with buyers and other essential departments to ensure that best items and prices are presented to the customer
-Collaborates with credit department to ensure timely release of orders as well as resolution of outstanding credit issues
-Actively engages customers so that potential business opportunities can be identified
-As assigned by Manager
