Job Summary: 
Reporting directly to, Manager, Leasing, the Leasing Systems Administrator shall be the AMTdirect system administrator for Leasing and all other software platforms created and/or maintained by the Leasing Department. Additionally, this position coordinates the leasing process flow of all aspects of Shentel’s outgoing (expense) leasing projects in the establishment of new Shentel wireless cell sites, towers and other wireless projects as required, such as stores, and any subsequent modifications, upgrades, decommissionings and terminations; coordinates the process flow of incoming co-location (revenue) lease projects ensuring the accumulation of necessary supporting documentation required to formally execute the leases or amendments and proceed through the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and/or Release to Build (RTB) processes that precede construction. Additionally, the incumbent establishes and executes procedures to track projects and expenses, assists with budget formulation, monitors the budget to actual expenditures, coordinates with site development personnel, wireless engineers, construction personnel and miscellaneous contractors, and monitors the independent consultants’ work products. 
 

Qualifications Requirements: 
a. Education: Associates degree in business, systems administration, and/or management preferred. Alternatively, candidates may be considered with any of the following: Project Management certification, two years of work experience with project management, two years of work experience with System Administration of a software platform, two years’ work experience with Accounting or Finance. 
b. Work individually or with others with minimal direct supervision 
c. Experience Level: Two years prior experience with System Administration, database management, and/or project coordination preferred. 
d. Licenses or Certifications: 

i. Valid Driver’s License required.

ii. Project Management License or Certification preferred

iii. Notary Public appointment preferred.
