Supervisor Business Support PCS

The Supervisor of Business Support, PCS role offered by Shentel allows you to develop strategies to drive performance, maintain the needs of our existing Sprint business subscribers, and increase profitability with business channel sales. This position empowers you to collaborate on marketing projects that will increase sales, satisfy our existing customer base, and positively impact your community. The Supervisor of Business Support role will challenge you to empower your team members to foster a collaborative and positive environment for you, your team, and Shentel. You’ll be given the tools to motivate and coach your team to meet and exceed goals while maintaining operational excellence.

You worked hard for:
Your high school diploma – 4 year degree is preferred
Two years of supervisory experience – Wireless retail is a plus
Five years of customer service experience – Wireless customer service is a plus
Your reputation as a successful leader, sales and customer service professional
Your valid driver’s license
