Job Description: 

Paya is looking for an experienced Front-end Angular Developer. The ideal candidate will be interested in working in the fintech/payments industry with a  cross-functional team composed of Front End Engineers, Product Designers, & Back End Developers. Looking to expand our footprint, we are looking for front-end engineers to join us and help build our platform. The goal of the platform is to create a unified, simple and overall amazing experience that allows all of our users and clients easy access to all the resources they need to develop our business.

Responsibilities:
 

Participate in the development of the technical specifications.
Design, develop, and test software in Ember.js development environment.
Develop and maintain applications based on established specifications. Work together closely with Back-End developers.
Build efficient, testable, and reusable code.
Resolve bugs and develop enhancements and new features.

Experience/Qualifications:
 
JavaScript 
Ember (preferred) and/or Angular JS or similar frameworks
Node.js/ REST API (basic understanding)/ Consuming APIs
Object Oriented and Structured development methodologies (basic understanding)
Unit Testing and Test Driven Development
HTML & CSS, Bootstrap is a plus (strong knowledge)
GIT (proficient understanding) / Single Page Apps (SPA)
Agile methodologies (broad knowledge)
Experience in payments domain is a strong plus.

Candidate must be legally authorized to work in US without any kind of visa restrictions.
