Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the implementation of assigned clients that are large revenue opportunities.

  • Clients defined as: new partners, (b) existing partners, (c) merchants, and (d) new product/features/functionality.

  • Asses client needs, propose solutions, create project plans, delegate and manage all necessary components to successful completion.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing project plans between Clients and Paya Services.

  • Involved with client pre-sale calls, discovery, implementation and post-implementation.

  • Collaboration with all internal departments (Sales, Product, Underwriting, Customer Service, Risk, Marketing, Operations, etc.).

  • Work with customers and channel partners to resolve open issues and escalate customer satisfaction issues to the appropriate internal or external resources where applicable.

  • Ensure smooth pre-sales to implementation account transitions by facilitating "handoff" process with a focus on continuous customer satisfaction.

  • Travel as needed

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively influence clients and internal staff to accomplish goals.

  • Familiarly with full sales cycle processes.

  • Project Management skills.

  • Excellent understanding of Paya Services products, technology connections, internal systems, compliance, underwriting, risk and NACHA guidelines. Familiarity with eMagnus CRM a plus.

  • Working through complex tasks with clients and internal depts.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, critical thinking skills, and a confident outward demeanor.

  • Ability to uncover, understand and capture business and technical requirements.

 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Microsoft Office suite

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
