  • Coordination of all technical projects & activities. (work with customers, marketing, sales, engineering, manufacturing, outside labs, and suppliers)

  • Project Scoping – reason for project, project requirements, inputs, outputs, compliance to standards, testing, and business case.  Develop prospective project schedules and forecast required resources.

  • Lead new product & service initiatives.  (continuous improvement, grow project list with new product ideas, new services, and value add processes)

  • Create detailed product reports and presentations for new products and services post completion. 

  • Provide support details for Marketing & Sales Promotion

  • Technical Promotion to customers and engineering firms (on site and travel)

  • Support Sales, Customer Service and Application Engineering

  • Participate and collaborate with customers to develop written specifications

  • Field Support for projects as needed, on-site trouble shooting


  • B.S. Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering   5 years experience
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Demonstrated capabilities in root cause analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
