The objective of this role is to audit manufacturing and operational procedures, gather and analyze the data and present findings to operational personnel, to implement corrective action.


  • Recommends process or system changes to management that will increase effectiveness, production or general output.
  • Coordinates cross-functionally with operations and total quality departments on matters of audit status or schedules.
  • May also complete compliance related audits that are particular to operational procedures.
  • Stay abreast of all new audit technologies applicable to the industry.
  • Act as mentor, facilitator, and educator of the work force to foster cross training, cross functional creativity, and teamwork
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality policies and guidelines
  • Other duties may be assigned or required for this position


  • Be able to perform work under minimal supervision.
  • Be able to handle complex issues, problems and only escalates the most complex issues.
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
  • Stay abreast of all new audit technologies applicable to the industry.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
