A Service Now Administrator I with a strong technical aptitude with the ServiceNow platform and willingness to learn. There will also be numerous opportunities to interface directly with internal business units and other internal technical teams to determine business solutions. This individual will have the opportunity to leverage existing technical experience while rapidly building new skill sets in a collegial, results-focused environment.

What you’ll do…

  • Evaluate current legacy service platforms
  • Work with support teams to translate current request forms into ServiceNow
  • Maintain the integrity of the CMDB
  • Evaluate and clean up Cis
  • Review discovery data sources to improve accuracy of collected data
  • Complete data manipulation, data loads, and reporting in support of the CMDB
  • Administration tasks include User/Group/Role Administration, LSAP/SSO integration, Theming, CMDB mappings, SCCM configuration, Transform Mapping
  • Develop and document administration procedures and system configurations


What you’ll bring…


  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of performing ServiceNow administration in a production environment
  • Familiarity with converting legacy systems over to the ServiceNow platform a plus
  • Ability to manage network MID servers and technology tools
  • Ability to think objectively and creatively, focusing not only on details but accurately comprehending the larger issues and interrelationships
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret banking periodicals, professional/technical journals and technical procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing
  • Effective documentation skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
  • Ability to explain complex issues to end users
  • Familiarity with Windows based server infrastructure
  • Ability to work closely with internal developers, infrastructure teams, and other business units to deploy technical solutions to business problems
  • Ability to follow defined procedures to ensure operational excellence, system resiliency and compliance with security policies
