What we need…

We are currently seeking a Conversions Coordinator to support our CIF and Deposits area. Under the supervision of the Conversion Supervisor, this person will serve as primary or secondary support for COCC’s conversion efforts in a specific application process and assists in the coordination of all action items related to transferring the financial institution from their current service provider to the COCC system. A Conversion specialist is recognized by clients as an authority on COCC applications and acts as a liaison between client and COCC throughout the conversion process.

How you’ll make an impact…

  • Perform analysis of existing system for conversion to the COCC INSIGHT system
  • Interview client regarding existing product usage and functionality
  • Following established procedures, creates System Options, Branch operations and product information in database
  • Complete batch set up requirements using standard conversion templates
  • Translate and explains technical information, concepts and requirements in user friendly language
  • Complete and distribute minutes for every meeting with client
  • Track and reports GAP items discovered during the conversion effort
  • All other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the role…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years banking experience in back office/operations environment
  • Familiarity with data specification requirements
  • Knowledge of database query tools and financial service applications
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 50% travel – must be able to travel to client locations
  • Some weekend work required
  • Some weeks require over 40 hours
