We are currently seeking a Manager of End User Computing (EUC) to join our team! The ideal candidate will assist with infrastructure planning, maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as leading and managing a team of Desktop Engineers. This position is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the iWorkstation Infrastructure and collaborating with clients to address requests, issues and concerns.


  • Manage and lead a team of Desktop Engineers
  • Ensure system stability, security and performance requirements
  • Diagnose, solve and deliver root cause analysis for infrastructure issues related to system patches
  • Implement and maintain security controls on servers and workstations as required by clients
  • Responsible for client interaction in order to address client concerns/issues/projects/requests
  • Work with the Cloud Team to deploy, manage and troubleshoot the iWorkstation environment
  • Provide guidance on process improvements, standardization efforts, technology deployment and strategic and tactical implementations
  • Ensure adherence to all department and company policies, processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of processes, standards and baselines across the iWorkstation environment
  • Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability and stability of various system resources
  • Stay up to date on new technologies/processes as they relate to End User Computing


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a technical team required
  • At least 5 years of Corporate IT / Network Support with solid technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows and VMWare products required
  • Extensive knowledge of VMware Horizon View required
  • A can do attitude and ability to jump into the trenches
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as ADDS, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, etc
  • Demonstrated experience supporting workstations, Windows servers and other IT infrastructure in a mission critical enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication / documentation skills; attention to detail
  • Knowledge of change control processes a plus
