JOB SUMMARY

The coordinator supports the direct team members within daily environment to achieve growth, learning and team goals.
The coordinator provides guidance, coaching and mentoring for teams on their assigned duties, solves issues and needs of both the clientele and staff.
This individual is a leader who promotes teamwork and mentorship throughout daily operations and support program development.

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)

Education and/or years’ experience required:

Master’s Degree in the field of speech and language pathology, occupational therapy or physical therapy.
Must possess a current license from the state of North Dakota.
Requires minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:

Member of ASHA, AOTA, or PTA is preferred

Ability to communicate and follow verbal and written instructions, and problem solve
effectively with clients, staff, family members, and team members, and
community businesses in accordance to ACC policies and procedures.
Ability to adapt to rapid change and must be able to intervene
promptly in crisis/emergency situations.
Knowledgeable of team members skill interests/potentials to
balance caseloads and assign new referrals to best fit matches.
Ability to complete procedures and facilitate system access for
team members. Including but not limited to Optima, TieNet, PCC, POC, and Filebound.

Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities; however, the coordinator will assist Therapy Operations Manager with delegated accountabilities.
